One year in: What my new role Taught me About Leadership & Leverage
My first year as a practice leader taught me more than I expected. It sharpened my leadership, deepened my perspective, and accelerated everything I was building with Empower Moves Collective. From advising education leaders to building something of my own, every chapter, from higher ed back to the insurance brokerage world, has been a step toward helping others lead with clarity, speak with purpose, and move with intention. This isn't a pivot. It's a powerful continuation.
