A Move in Motion

Today is my birthday. And I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than making a move that’s been in motion for nearly a year.

I am excited to soft launch of Empower Moves Collective™, a boutique coaching, speaking, and facilitation venture built around something I have always done, now with a name, a home, and a formal place in the world.

This did not start with a business plan. It started with a pattern. Mentoring professionals. Using my voice to open doors. Showing up in rooms and making sure others could too. Over time, people reflected something back to me: this is who you are. We need this.

I finally claimed it.

While I remain fully committed to my current role, Empower Moves Collective is where the calling becomes the offering. Coaching professionals through their next move. Speaking to rooms that need to shift. Facilitating experiences that turn conversations into forward motion.

This is not a pivot. It is a continuation.

With nearly two decades across corporate, education, and board leadership, Courtney has sat across the table and at the head of it, building perspective that only comes from being in the room when the stakes are real.

She founded Empower Moves Collective to formalize what had always been true. that the moves that matter most are about voice, presence, and the courage to act when it counts.
