Behind the Collective
Empower Moves Collective is led by Courtney Davis, an award-winning executive leader, speaker, and advisor working at the intersection of risk, resilience, and leadership.
With nearly two decades across corporate, education, and board leadership, she has sat across the table and at the head of it, building perspective that only comes from being in the room when the stakes are real.
But the credentials are not what makes this personal.
Courtney has navigated these environments as a woman and as a mother, through the kinds of moments that test everything you think you know about yourself. What she found is that the moves that mattered most were always about doing the human things well — voice, presence, and the courage to act when it counted.
